Shipping Information & Returns

Postage is sent from Toowoomba, Queensland using either Sendle or Australia Post depending on the location the order is going too. 

LOCAL PICK UP is only available for our local customers.  If you choose local pick up by accident you will be contacted and sent a PayPal invoice to cover the cost of postage.  For local customers - you will be contacted once your order is ready to organize a time for pick up. 

All our products are boxed and wrapped very carefully to avoid damage by the courier to the best of our ability.

All tracking numbers will be added to your order and you should get email notification once your order has been sent.

Damaged or Faulty Items:  Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving you items if your items arrive damaged by taking photos and emailing them with any relevant information to beyoutifulhomewares@hotmail.com .
